There is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase a single switch or router. However, volume discounts are available for orders of 10+ units. Contact us for bulk pricing.

Do you offer competitive pricing?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Our Shenzhen location gives us excellent logistics connectivity to Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

How fast is delivery?

For in-stock items in our Shenzhen warehouse, we dispatch within 1-2 business days. International express shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Sea freight takes 15-35 days depending on destination.

Do you ship to Hong Kong?

Yes, we ship to Hong Kong, China and worldwide. Shenzhen's proximity to Hong Kong, China means very fast delivery times (1-2 days).

What is your return policy?

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, unopened condition. For defective products, we follow the manufacturer's RMA process and provide replacement or repair.
